Viticulture and Vinification The grapes are pressed and the must is decanted for 48 hours at 10ºC, then fermented in a stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC
Aging The wine ages in stainless steel tanks, with weekly batonnage until the month of January
Oenology Jean-Hugues Gros
Tasting Bright color to citrus. Intense aromas, citrus, grapefruit, lime leaf. Concentrated mouth, round, with good acidity, minerality, fruity with fresh and long finish.
